A little more detail of what ur problem is would be helpful to pin it down for you. A powder clutch is a type of torque transmission incorporating ferromagnetic powder. It combines the advantages of fluid coupling with the high engagement efficiency of friction coupling.
l am wondering whether u refer to ur transmission, probably some sort of semi-auto gearbox, or if, in fact, you're experiencing aircon problems & they're talking about the electromagnetic clutch which engages the aircon compressor.
