Sure, just dont go too big. A 21A turbo should be big enough and makes 188hp and 220tq 2.6l mitsu starions

Find out if it is the same 1.8 engine that is in the Barchetta (Fiat reused that engine alot, its in the Punto HGT aswell). If so there is a turbo available for it. however, space may be your next problem, l know in the HGT it wo not fit
