Hi l have recently bought a fiat punto v reg 1.2 car there is some dispute over what Mk the car is. l personally think it is a mk1. please help as l wanna buy a body kit and require this info beforehand. thanks.

What year is a V reg.
Anyway the MK2 puntos had a complete hadlamp and indicator unit whereas the Mk1 had a separate Headlamp and separate indicator.

best go along to your fiat dealer they can sort this for you better to be sure than stuck with the wrong body kit

1999 (V-reg) is the changeover year, it could be either. Search for pictures on the internet, see which matches your car.
