l have a 2001 fiat punto 1.2 8 valve there is two coil packs on itif l take the plug leads off does it matter what way they go back on cause it is l wasted spark system,If it does what is the best way to be sure there on the right way the firing order is 1342

Yes it will matter , get some paper tape and put # on them that will help in doing your job. hope this helps.

l think i'd put them back on the way they came off.fiats are renowned for their dodgy electrics anyway but l too have a 2001 punto 1.2 8 valve & l had to put a new battery on it which resulted in it blowing both headlamp fuses & bulbs!

simple,some masking tape&a good black ink marker pen,,mark the ht leads ,remove,replace,job done.
