Just replaced the head gasket on the car and its built up ready, pressure tested and skimmed, new timing belt, stat, plugs, leads etc etc.

Its ticking over now outside but running rough on 3 cylinders, I've removed the plugs individually on each until it stalls. Only on number 4 theres no change to the engines tick over, I've got a spark so my question is what would prevent me getting fuel at the cylinder.

The cylinder is not ''faulty''. It ran fine other than the steam out of the exhaust factor before l replaced the gasket.

Theres plenty of compression there aswell, and no damage when l stripped in down

Sounds like you have a faulty cylinder. Your best bet would be to take the engine you have and sell it to the highest bidder. Get on ebay and and order you a newer one.

swap the plug lead with one of the others and run the engine again to see if the misfire has moved!

if nothing happens when you remove no 4 then the plug isnt working or the spark is not strong enough, try above or put an old plug in to see if it makes any difference.

Dodgy injector seems unlikely and would cause a fault light on the dash but it is a possibility.
Have you tried a shot of redex to clear any crap from the fuel system?

Might be worth a search on fiatforum and puntosports to see if they can help.

might not be a fuel problem it may be e.c.u or coil fault
on thease puntos the 2 ignition coils are the same try swoping the coils over and see if the faulty spark fails on another cylinder if it does then its probably just a coil if not l would say e.c.u but a coil is the cheaper option to start with
