l have a fiat punto and driving home today on A40 it broke! Had been hanging off for a while but was clipped up and now l think it is cracked which has caused it to come down. The end bit. Sorry for my lack of technical knowledge but l am rubbish on cars! Anyway, can anyone give me a rough idea of how much this is likely to cost? As knowing nothing about cars means l am paranoid about getting ripped off! Thanks :-)

Its a fairly standard repair for any garage, there wont be much in it. anything below £100 is ok.

It depends a little on the age on the punto.
Mk1 back-boxes can be as little as £30 but you could be looking at anything up to £150 for the box and fitting on most punto's.
