Fiat automobiles have not been imported for sale in the states for years.
They fell victim to the Jap invasion of the early 70 is and EPA. l am not sure of the last year sold in the US. But for US sales they went out along with MG, Triumph, and the like.

Fiat as a brand left the US after the 1982 model year. New '82 models continued to be sold into '83 but once they were gone that was it.

Bertone, who built the X1/9, & Pininfarina, who built the 124 Spider (aka Spider 2000) were unhappy with this as the US was the major market for these cars. During 1983 Malcolm Bricklin, who in the '70s had briefly manufactured his own sports car, made a deal with them & with Fiat to privately import only the X1/9 & Spider. He then set up a system of former Fiat dealers to sell them. This resulted in small quantities of these cars being sold in the US from '84-'86 (Pininfarina Spider) & '84-'88 (Bertone X1/9). These later cars did not have any Fiat badges & were registered as Pininfarinas & Bertones.
